Center for Recreation and Sport, Opened in 2008, the CRS is the home of Adelphi University Athletics and one of the newest buildings on campus. The 76,000 square foot facility houses athletic department personnel, coaches and assistant coaches offices as well as the equipment and athletic training and rehabilitation rooms. It is also home to the men's and women's basketball teams as well as the volleyball team. The three-court gymnasium has seating for 800 spectators which can be expanded to 1,000 when using the track for additional standing space. The jogging surface which is suspended above the courts is an all-weather, rubber surface that is .10 mile.

The CRS also contains locker rooms for most of Adelphi's teams as well as visitors, coaches and referees. The Campbell Lounge, which overlooks the courts and Motamed Field, is a large room that can be converted into four separate rooms to accommodate various type of functions. Upon entering the gym, the Hall of Fame Atrium is offset tothe right of the entrance and showcases all of the Hall of Famers and various honors and awards that have been bestowed upon the Panthers throughout the years. The Legends Cafe and Juice Bar services guests throughout the day and is also open for every home basketball and volleyball game.
