Winthrop Coliseum is a 6,100 seat multi-purpose arena in Rock Hill, South Carolina. It was built in 1982 and is home to the Winthrop University Eagles basketball and volleyball teams. The facility accommodates conventions, trade shows, concerts, special events, and other sporting tournaments.

From 2002-2004, the coliseum was totally renovated with a new brick facade, enhanced main entryway, and refurbished interiors, including all-new arena seating. Winthrop's Athletics Hall of Fame is located in the upper concourse of the coliseum.
